Fernie's New Peak Lift Nearly OperationalUnder construction since the start of fall, the Polar Peak chair lift is almost ready to spin. This past weekend towers were installed by helicopter under blue sky. If the project keeps on schedule, Fernie's newest lift could open up in the next few weeks.

Last Days of the SeasonSadly, we are coming up to the final weekend of lift operations at several resorts. Others will be open for the next couple of weeks, and a few will keep running into May. Here is a list of the last scheduled days of the season:
