The 15th annual Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival will be held April 16-25 2010 in Whistler, B.C.

Dubbed the "The biggest annual gathering of winter sports, music, arts and culture in North America" the TELUS World Ski and Snowboard Festival combines Canada's largest outdoor concert series with an eclectic mix of snow sports contests and anti-comps, fashion shows, film screenings, photography showdowns, live painting and even a dog parade.

This thing is based around skiing and snowboarding, but definitely has a whole bunch of other hoopla thrown into it to attract all kinds of people.

If you are looking for a big party to cap off the rather questionable winter we have had around these parts, head up to Whistler for a portion or all of this 10 day event. If you had to choose a time to be up there, I would go at some point between the 20th and 24th when the Grenade Games will be upping the party ante.
