Cypress mountain is gearing up for the Olympics with some significant upgrades for the 2008-2009 season. Some notable changes will be the completion of the Freestyle skiing and Snowboarding venues, plus the opening of a new 48,000 square foot timber frame Day Lodge.

The halfpipe, moguls, and acro-arial events will be held at Cypress in 2010. To give athletes a chance to test out the new facilities, FIS sanctioned competitions for these sports will be held in February.
